The patient has to take the utmost care of their body after the surgery so to prevent potential complications. Complications could include inflammation, bleeding, and infection.
Amount of peeling off skins could be changed depends on the condition of sagging skin.
In cases of protruding zygoma (cheekbone) fat removal has to be minimal and the operation will be modified depending on the level of zygoma protrusion.
