Biography

DrChul Hwan Seul is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing breast surgery. He has been involved in many research activities such publishing research material and journals with AAPS (Archives of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery), the Korean Society of Plastic and Reconstructive surgery and the research institute of mammoplasty.

Since 2007, Dr. Seul has been invited to present, perform live surgeries and give lectures at many conferences and symposiums around the world. He was also invited to be a Chairman as well as lecture for the 17th Korean Association of Plastic Surgeons spring session and for plastic surgeons from Mexico.
