How to Book an Online Consultation
Booking a consultation with JW Plastic Surgery is simple and can be done directly through our website, our Email, WhatsApp or KakaoTalk. You will be required to submit your photos, contact information, your background, medical history, and what procedures you’re interested in.
Failure to provide the required photos and information will prevent us from proceeding with the consultation.
Please note that we do not offer video consultations or virtual simulation services online. Our focus is on providing high-quality medical advice based on professional analysis of your submitted information, including photographs.
Once your application is received, our consulting team will review your details and respond within 1 to 2 business days. We process inquiries in the order they arrive and appreciate your patience, especially during peak periods. All consultations are scheduled during our regular business hours – Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Korean Standard Time), and due to high demand, we recommend submitting your request well in advance as we cannot guarantee surgery slot availability on demand.

In order to provide a thorough and accurate medical assessment, you must submit clear, well-lit photos taken from multiple angles. We will send you sample images as a guide. These should include front, side, 45-degree angles, and any specific areas of concern. Without the appropriate photo documentation, our doctors will not be able to assess your case or provide medical feedback.
Good photography is crucial because it allows the surgeon to analyze your current features, assess what’s medically feasible, and offer realistic recommendations. Please avoid makeup, filters, or heavily edited images. The more natural your photos are, the more helpful and accurate our response will be.
Communication Guidelines – What to Share with Your Consultant
Your consultation will be most effective when you communicate openly and clearly about your goals. We ask that you describe in detail what you would like to change and what aspects of your appearance you’re currently unhappy with. Avoid vague phrases such as “make me prettier” or “just do what suits my face” – plastic surgery is highly subjective, and the more specific you are, the better we can help.
If you have reference photos (celebrity noses, eye shapes, facial contours, etc.), feel free to send them. However, it is equally important to explain how your features differ from those shown in the reference. Transportation Service for High-Value Surgeries
If the total cost of your surgery exceeds ₩5,000,000 KRW, we may be able to offer complimentary private transportation between the airport and your hotel or clinic. To arrange this, please provide the following information in advance:
- Your full flight details (airline, arrival and departure times)
- Your hotel name and address
- The number of travelers in your group
- Total number of luggage items
Please note that transportation is only available for qualifying surgeries and must be booked in advance. In some cases, additional fees may apply depending on the distance, timing, or special requests.
Travel Planning – What We Can and Cannot Help With
While our staff is happy to assist with your medical schedule and clinic visits, we are not a travel agency. This means we cannot assist with booking your flight tickets, hotel reservations, or restaurant recommendations. For non-medical travel planning, we recommend working with a professional travel agent who can help you secure accommodation and ensure a smooth experience in Korea.

Are Discounts Available? Yes – Depending on the Situation
Discounts may be offered under specific conditions, such as:

All discounts are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by your consultant. Being courteous and respectful throughout the process definitely helps create a positive impression—and could potentially work in your favor.
Book in Advance – Spots Fill Quickly
Due to our clinic’s popularity, consultation slots typically fill up 1 to 2 months in advance, and surgery dates are booked out 2 to 3 months ahead. If you have specific travel dates in mind, we strongly encourage you to get in touch early and confirm your availability as soon as possible.
Please do not book your flight until your surgery date has been officially scheduled and confirmed.
We do not accept walk-in consultations. This is to ensure we can provide the highest level of care and attention to each patient. We only accept a limited number of consultation appointments each day to maintain quality service.
Consultation Fees and What’s Included
The onsite consultation fee at JW Plastic Surgery is ₩50,000 (approx. 36 USD) per patient per doctor. If you decide to proceed with surgery or treatment, this fee will be deducted from your final bill.
The fee helps cover the time and expertise of our medical staff, who provide you with personalized recommendations based on your goals and anatomy.
